What an excitement coming this 31st AUG 2006.We able to watch 7 new channels.Promo line up is already shown over and over,and the best part my new CEO is asking us to be great ambassadors for the new channels and for Astro.I will definitely take these challenge and create awareness among my loyal customer and friends regarding this new channels.My biggest concern is how the public react on this new channel,sure people out there are more concern about paying any extra charged!The best part is all freeee until Feb 2007!With

The channels that will be introduced are:
1. Astro ARUNA: A channel dedicated to dramas with Sinetrons and Telenovelas.
Bahasa Melayu subtitles will be available for Telenovelas.
Astro ARUNA will be on Astro Channel 9, Family Package
2. CCTV4: CCTV 4 is targeted at those who have an interest in China.
Available in Mandarin, CCTV 4 features news, cultural, entertainment programmes as well as dramas.
CCTV 4 will be on Astro Channel 28, Emperor Package
3. WaTV: A channel dedicated to the trendy youth.
WaTV is a fast-paced general entertainment channel in Mandarin.
WaTV will be on Astro Channel 29, Emperor Package
4. Astro KIRANA: A channel that features movies from Asia and Europe, complete with behind-the-scene commentaries.
Astro KIRANA is also fully subtitled in Bahasa Melayu.
